About us!

Androscoggin Valley Yard Maintenance a small mom and pop local business to the city of Berlin, NH. We started by plowing snow for a few friends within the city limits. The owner Roger Boissonneau (myself), a local emergency responder with a passion to help others, started to plow for people. I was just making enough to cover the gas in my truck. From encouragement by a few friends, I decided to start a business performing yard maintenance and snow plowing. The business was started because of the need of somebody who understands that people fall on hard times, financially and physically. So being reasonably priced, along with a caring tender heart, AVYM was born. Though we are still extremely small in a pond of bigger fish in the area, we have principles that we feel strongly about. Our promise to you is to be safe, respectable, responsible, and always do hard work. We will succeed to provide the area with service that everyone wants and deserves.

Humble beginnigs

Day it all started

On December 30,2020 I scarped up enough to buy my first plow truck! I have always had a dream of owning my own plow truck.

THis was one of many long nights on the road plowing! you see here is me taking a much needed break with my work horse.we were both very tired!

First lawn mower

Give customers a reason to do business with you. The values of the company is being humble and understanding. We are being built from almost nothing. This first lawn mower is a 1987 John Deere 185. That was bought through saving for weeks and a lot of effort. It is proud member of our fleet. We plan this Winter to restore it back to brand new. This is our work horse! Hopefully she will get much needed retirement in the years to come!
